Veggie Week

This week I am challanging you to have a strict diet of veggies.   1. I have serious doubts about some of this food that you are asking us to eat for a week. For example, fried green tomatoes are extremely unhealthy for a person. They are all carbs and are not a healthy option what-so-ever. I think you need to revamp this list and add in some grilled veggies and other alternatives to the "American diet."
